I have turned 40 and have been training all my life. Football, downhill skiing and gym are the forms of training I have spent the most time on. But I have tried everything from boxing to yoga and like to challenge myself when it comes to training.


Below I have posted a selfie, I have not done that because I somehow want to assert myself. But only to show that I know a little about how to get in decent shape.

What is the page about?


I will post my tips and thoughts on how to proceed to finally get results from your training.


It will not cost anything to be on this site, everything I share with you is completely free. I do it only because I know how many people do not succeed in their training.


However, no miracle methods will be published because there are simply no such methods. I wish just like you that these existed but unfortunately the reality is different!

To achieve results, training is required, but above all that the diet is right!
